RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS POLICY
Mistake Number Thirteen happily accepts returns, even if you change your mind, as long as the condition of the product(s) is the same as when shipped to you. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s) & the condition of the product(s) must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you. Garment tags must still be attached.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s) (14 days for International Shipping) and the cost of returning the item will be at your own expense. You will need to fill in one of our online returns forms and email this to firstname.lastname@example.org , DO NOT PRINT AND SEND A PAPER COPY. We do not accept any responsibility if the postal service in which you use loses the package, so we recommend using a signed courier service.
Unfortunately, returns for a refund will not be accepted if received outside of this timeframe, however, you will be eligible for store credit.
For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you, at our cost, once we have received your returned item.
Once the item has been received, all items will be quality checked. Once approved, you will either receive your exchange or refund (excluding original shipping costs) directly to the card/account used to purchase. Please note: we reserve the right to refuse the return if there are signs that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or it is not of saleable quality.
Returns of faulty items must also be returned within 7 days (14 days for International Shipping). We will always try and replace the item in the first instance if we have available stock. If they style/size is no longer available, we can offer you an alternative, store credit or a full refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs occurred.
Return of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be quality checked when received, and any items deemed to have been cause by general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
(PLEASE NOTE: because we use 100% cotton, and cotton is a natural fibre, there maybe some slight variations and 'slubs' that naturally occur in the fabric. These are completely normal and are just the characteristics of the fabric!)
